The Privileges is designed to reward our passengers for their undivided and long-term patronage. Passengers having enrolled to Privileges may earn mileage credits by traveling on Air Macau flights, with which, they can redeem award tickets and upgrading. | What should I do if I forget my login password? |
|
|
Calling Privileges service hotline. You will be asked to provide specific personal details. For security reasons, the password will be sent to your registered email address.
Visiting our town offices along with identity card. If members can not come in person, they may authorize a third person who must present their membership card and both identity cards.
Online membership account access which is only applicable to members who enroll online.

| How to redeem a award ticket or cabin upgrade when sufficient miles have been accumulated? |
|
|
A member can redeem benefits by visiting Air Macau Office or via Air Macau's website (Only for award ticket).Members acknowledge that Air Macau reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available for redemption at its absolute discretion. Redemption will be issued only after a reservation is confirmed. Waitlisted flights for redemption are not permitted.

| How to change my personal data? |
|
|
This can be achieved on-line via website. After enter own password (6 digits) logging into the system, display on members' personal details and mileage history will pop up upon request. Members may amend personal details and save the changes made.
Update personal information online
Alternatively, provide membership card and fax identity card, calling "Air Macau Privileges" call center or visiting Air Macau Office can make changes of personal information.

| Will my mileage record automatically be credited to my account each time? |
|
|
A Member is required to quote his/her membership number when making a reservation or checking in for a flight. The mileage of the flight will be credited into the member's account within 14 days. Also, Member is recommended to retain his/her flight ticket stubs and boarding passes up to six months or until the mileage is printed on the Mileage Statement.
In order to be eligible for mileage credits, members must make sure that the name used in a transaction especially when printed on airline tickets, exactly matches the name as registered with Privileges. |

| Prior to making a booking or during check-in, I did not inform my membership number, would my mileage still be credited into my account? |
|
|
Within 6 months after the flight departure, the member should submit his/her ticket stub and boarding pass either fax or mail to Air Macau Office for retroactive processing. Once the mileage is verified, they will be credited into the member's account after 14 days. |

| Can I transfer my award ticket and cabin upgrade to a person who is not a member of Privileges? |
|
|
Yes. A Member can transfer his/her redemption product to another person who is not a member of Privileges.
In the case of redemption transfer, the identity card of the transferred person must be shown as well.

| Can the transferee alter the travel-related redemption product? |
|
|
NO. Can not. After you issued, can not allowed to changed. |

| How to upgrade the membership? |
|
|
When members have accumulated 20,000 elite mileages or 35 elite sectors in consecutive 12 months, they are entitled to be upgraded to gold card membership. However, gold card membership will be automatically renewed for another 1 year when members have accumulated 18,000 elite mileages or 30 elite sectors within 1-year validity period. When members have accumulated 40,000 elite mileages or 70 elite sectors in consecutive 12 months, they are entitled to be upgraded to platinum card membership. However, platinum card membership will be automatically renewed for another 1 year when members have accumulated 36,000 elite mileages or 60 elite sectors within 1-year validity period. |

| Could I transfer my mileages for other person? |
|
|
No. You can not. You just transfer product which you redeem VIP lounge¡B award ticket or cabin upgrade to other person. But not the mileages. |
