Terms and Conditions

Membership

1. Members will be issued with a membership number and membership card. 500 miles will be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards. The use of this number /card and associated benefits is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions to the benefit of Privileges and all partners. In respect of changes to Privileges and/or to these terms and conditions, it is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up-to-date. Continued participation in Privileges by the member will be regarded as acceptance of the current terms and conditions.

2. Membership in Privileges and membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the member. The member must produce membership card or membership number and identity card at any time whilst traveling or otherwise utilizing any services at the request of Air Macau or partners.

3. Member must provide accurate personal information for identification purposes. Failure to give accurate information may result in the immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all mileage credits. If the application has been verified as incompleteness, inaccuracy, duplication, illegible handwritten information, the application will be rejected without notice.

4. It is the responsibility of members to keep their contact information (i.e. post address, email address and phone number) up-to-date. Air Macau will not be held liable for any loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever caused by members’ negligence.

5. Misconduct, misuse or fraudulent use of membership, membership cards, benefits, services and facilities or failure to follow terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of membership, withdrawal of benefits and cancellation of all mileage credits. Air Macau reserves the right to claim for the relevant loss, damage or expenses.

6. Members may terminate their membership at any time by giving written notice to Privileges and returning their membership card, at which time any outstanding mileage credits will be cancelled

7. Upon the death of a member, his / her lineal relatives can redeem mileage credits left within validity with notice of membership number and presentation of identity card and death certificate.

Mileage Credits

1. Miles are the base units of measurement in Privileges.

2. Mileage is credited only after you actually travel. In the case of voluntary itinerary abandonment, no mileage credits will be permitted.

3. The member is not permitted to transfer mileages to any other member’s account in any circumstances.

4. Miles can only be earned once per flight for each person.

5. Children under the age of 12 years share the same rules of mileage credits with adults.

Redemption

1. Members acknowledge that Air Macau reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available for redemption at its absolute discretion. Redemption will be issued only after a reservation is confirmed. Waitlisted flights for redemption are not permitted.

2. Members are eligible for redemption only when they clearly indicate the flight route / number / date / booking class when making a reservation for the flight desired. Open-dated tickets are not permitted for redemption.

3. Redemption can be transferred to anyone.

4. Redemptions are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Once redemptions are issued, they are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-transferable and mileage non-refundable and void once overdue or lost

5. The issuance of tickets for redemption is subject to the passenger being responsible for applicable departure taxes, airport or government handling fees, fuel surcharges and any other fees arising in relation to the use of redemption.

6. All mileage credits required for redemption must be earned by the same member under the same account and pooling of mileage credits is not permitted.

7. Infants under the age of 2 years and children under the age of 12 years share the same rules of redemption with adults.

8. Redemption will not accept special requests incurred by unaccompanied child, diseased or injured passenger, blind or deaf person, pregnant woman (over 8 months), handicapped person, prisoner, stretcher case etc.

Law

1. Should any discrepancy arise in terms and conditions among different language version, the Chinese version shall prevail. Air Macau reserves the right to interpret and modify Privileges structure, benefits and other features including these terms and conditions at any time. In case of dispute, Air Macau reserves the right to final decision.

2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Macau law.
