Individual who are 2 years of age or over may apply for membership. Potential members can apply online or enroll through completing an application form. Members will receive a permanent membership card within 8-10 weeks after the first flight on board Air Macau.

Members can obtain membership number and set their own password (6 digits) immediately and 500 bonus mileages will be credited to the membership account
*Individuals who are between 2 years of age and 12 years can not apply online; please apply through Air Macau office or fill out Application Form.

Application Form*
Application Forms are available
in our town offices, airport counters, travel agencies and onboard aircrafts. Members need to fill out the application form, enclose copies of boarding pass and ticket receipt (if any) flown within the last 6 months and submit by fax or post to uson-board.
* Members who enroll through completing an application form need to amend their initial password first, which is composed of the last 6 digits of membership number, before redemption processing and online membeship account access.

How to amend password
Calling Privileges service hotline. You will be asked to provide specific personal details. For security reasons, the password will be sent to your registered email address.
Visiting our town offices along with identity card. If members can not come in person, they may authorize a third person who must present their membership card and both identity cards.
Online membership account access which is only applicable to members who enroll online.

Laws |

1. Should any discrepancy arise in terms and conditions among different language version, the Chinese version shall prevail. Air Macau reserves the right to interpret and modify Privileges structure, benefits and other features including these terms and conditions at any time. In case of dispute, Air Macau reserves the right to final decision.
2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Macau law.
