In terms of the political turmoil in Thailand, Air Macau takes the following measurement on Macau – Bangkok route.
1. For the tickets of individual traveler purchased on or before January 21, 2014, travelling before February 21, 2014, the passenger could choose:
a. Ticket refund with waiving refund charge;
b. Changing flight date or re-route
l For the tickets with the condition of no-changeable, the flight date could be changed once or re-route to other destination flew by Air Macau within three month since Jan. 21st, 2014.
l For the tickets with the condition of difference payment for changing flight date, the flight date could be changed once or re-route to other destination flew by Air Macau within three month, dating from Jan. 21st, 2014.
The change booking will be subject to the situation of the chosen flight. If the original booking class has been closed, new booking class should be change to the opened booking class and difference should be paid.

2. For tickets of group travelers booking on or before Jan. 21, 2014, travelling before Feb. 21, 2014, the passengers could choose:
l Ticket refund with waiving refund charge;
l Changing flight date or re-routing. For the group tickets which deposit or full amount has been paid, the paid amount could be used for travelling to any destinations flew by Air Macau within three month since Jan. 21, 2014.
