What is the office hours of Air Macau reservations office?

Macau Station:
The reservations office operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Sunday, seven days a week including public holidays and typhoon days. Reservation Hotline:(853)396-5555

Taiwan Station:
The reservations office operates from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. On Saturday it operates from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 8:30 am to 12:30pm for Sunday. For public holidays and typhoon days, it operates from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm . Reservation Hotline:(886-2)2707-0377

Beijing Station:
The reservations office operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday, on Sunday it operates from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Reservation hotline: (86-10) 6515-8988

Xiamen Station:
The reservations office operates from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, on Saturday it operates from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Reservation hotline: (86-592) 211-1801

What information shall I provide upon making a reservation with Air Macau or its travel agencies?
  • Name in English that is identical to the one in your passport or related travel document.
  • Your itinerary (point of departure and arrival, date and time of travel), class of service (business or economy class).
  • Telephone contacts in cities of departure, stopover and destination.
  • Ticket number if available. If not, the reservation agent will inform you the ticketing time limit by which you must have your ticket issued else your reservation is subject to cancellation. After issuing ticket, please remind your ticketing agent to put your ticket number into your passenger name record, without which, your reservation is again subject to cancellation

    What is the use of a booking reference?
    A booking reference is also known as computer reference, it is a key to retrieve your booking record from the computer. When you have successfully made a booking, the reservation agent will give you a booking reference. Please memorised it, whenever you wish to make changes to your booking, simply quote your booking reference, your record will pop up quickly in the computer for changes that you wish to make.

    May I change name in a booking record?
    No in general name change is not allowed, except in the following cases:
  • there is a spelling mistake
  • the family name was mistakenly taken as first name
  • misuse of sex title or personal title
  • adding initial or middle name to the existing name

    Shall I need to reconfirm the onward and return booking?
    Yes, if you stay in a city for more than 72 hours, you are required to reconfirm at least 72 hours before departure, else your onward or return reservations is subject to cancellation. Upon reconfirmation of your onward or return flight, your are required to provide local telephone contact, it is important because whenever there is any change on your flight, our staff shall be able to contact you. You may reconfirm your flight by clicking Air Macau online reconfirmation.

    My I request a special meal to be served onboard?
    Yes, you may. Air Macau generally provides the following special meals on board:
    VGML  Vegetarian meal
    CHML   Child meal for age below 12

    There are other special meals that may be requested on the ground of religion and health, please order it in advance by contacting the respective Air Macau's online offices or click into Air Macau's website and order special meal via Internet.

    May I book a reservation on carriers other than Air Macau with Air Macau's reservations office?
    Yes, in general, if you have booked the first leg of your itinerary on Air Macau, Air Macau will, on your request, make your onward bookings on carriers other than Air Macau subject of course to the availability display of that carrier in Air Macau's system. For example:
  • If you have booked Taipei - Shenzhen on Air Macau, and wish to book from Shenzhen to any Mainland destinations on Shenzhen Airlines.
  • If you have booked Taipei - Macau on Air Macau, and wish to book onward reservations from Macau to Fuzhou or Hangzhou on Xiamen Airlines.
  • In the above example, Air Macau can book because both Shenzhen and Xiamen Airlines' availabilities can be displayed in Air Macau system for booking.

    What shall I do if I loss my ticket?
    Please notify Air Macau or the travel agency from which your ticket was purchased. If ticket was lost after commencing on your journey, you shall be required to purchase a full fare ticket to cover the segment(s) of the ticket lost. On returning home, report your loss to the agency from which your ticket was purchased, they will process loss ticket refund procedure. Air Macau will refund the full fare tickets minus the applicable administration fee after a reasonable period of time.

    Do I have to cancel the seat that I am not going to travel? When I change the date of travel, do I have to cancel the original arrangement when I book myself into a new one?
    For the sake of other passengers, who might require a seat to travel, we shall appreciate your cooperation to cancel any booking that you are not going to travel.

    Can I check departure and arrival information in the web without a flight number?
    Yes, you can, all you need to do is to enter the departure and arrival city and the date.
